Adds a dedicated reviewed-main Hermes WebUI build and immutable Harbor verification lane. Adds tracked canonical PWA icons, fail-closed upstream branding patches, an accessible dark theme, and review-only Flux digest evidence for chat and dashboard. Validation passed for the focused tests, Ruff, Kustomize, and Flux. No image was published and no workload was deployed.
