Hermes Agent	e9b063db75	fix(hermes): Existing callers continue to pass one TestHookGitOpsRunner with identical argument syntax and behavior. The localized signature change reduces Sonar's counted parameter total from eight to seven without suppressing the rule or adding dependencies.
