Mana Guide

Keep hands that can produce white early or clearly cast a white-producing mana piece; reject hands where Ancient Tomb, City of Traitors, Crystal Vein, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Strip Mine, War Room, Geier Reach Sanitarium, Homeward Path, Urza's Saga, or Talon Gates of Madara leave Giada, Font of Hope and early white spells stranded.

Fast colorless mana needs a white follow-up. Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Ancient Tomb, City of Traitors, Crystal Vein, and Urza's Saga are excellent when they accelerate Arcane Signet, Pearl Medallion, Starnheim Aspirant, Smothering Tithe, Karn, the Great Creator, Trouble in Pairs, Luminarch Ascension, or a white spell already supported by another source; do not keep a hand that only makes colorless pressure with no white action.

Zero-mana artifacts require disciplined sequencing. Mulligan mana should support one early plan plus one follow-up.
