What happened

Late into the game, the commander still isn't cast. Guide should say to play commander ASAP (a turn or two delay may be ok but only for good reason). Commander play is delayed several rounds maybe not at all.image.png

What should have happened

Commander should have been played much earlier as guide suggests.

Fixed in deployed Veles 0.4.4. Budget commander-cast handling now prioritizes casting the available commander from the command zone in safe own-main-phase windows.
