# Reflection Template For Amulet Titan
2026-06-14 15:24:54 -03:00
For each loss, name one primary cause and one secondary cause.
For each win, name the card, package, or tactical policy that most contributed to the win.
Classify each result as a card quantity problem, card selection problem, mana problem, tempo problem, matchup problem, sideboard problem, pilot sequencing problem, or closing-power problem.
Report mana performance, sideboard impact, stranded cards, overperforming cards, underperforming cards, and whether the Deck Strategy or Tactical Policy guidance was followed.
- Deciding factor: Record whether the game was won or lost by speed, mana stability, Amulet of Vigor access, Spelunking value, Primeval Titan resolution, Scapeshift math, Urza's Saga pressure, or opponent disruption that forced a slower role.
- Mulligans: Check whether each keep had a legal first two turns, a credible ramp engine, and a route to Primeval Titan, Green Sun's Zenith, Scapeshift, Urza's Saga, or interaction. Flag keeps that relied on drawing an untapped land, Arboreal Grazer target, or payoff without enough visible support.
- Mana: Track whether bounce lands, Crumbling Vestige, Forest, Dryad Arbor, Tolaria West, Urza's Cave, Boseiju, Who Endures, Otawara, Soaring City, and The Mycosynth Gardens entered in the right order for legal actions. Note every missed Summoner's Pact payment risk and every turn where a land sequence blocked a stronger follow-up.
- Velocity: Ask whether Amulet of Vigor, Spelunking, Arboreal Grazer, Malevolent Rumble, Aftermath Analyst, and Green Sun's Zenith increased speed or merely consumed time. A velocity card underperformed if it did not create mana, selection, board presence, or a faster payoff before pressure mattered.
- Engine execution: Review Primeval Titan, Scapeshift, Cultivator Colossus, Urza's Saga, Shifting Woodland, Echoing Deeps, Mirrorpool, Vesuva, and Hanweir Battlements decisions for exact payoff value. Mark whether the chosen line shortened the clock, stabilized life total, found interaction, or exposed the deck to avoidable removal.
- Removal and disruption: Check whether Boseiju, Who Endures, Otawara, Soaring City, Zuran Orb, Dismember, Firespout, Force of Vigor, Collector Ouphe, Bojuka Bog, Soul-Guide Lantern, Insidious Fungus, Vexing Bauble, and Fire Magic lined up with visible threats. For Fire Magic and Icetill Explorer, write Card text check required before assigning success or failure.
- Sideboard impact: Identify which sideboard cards were drawn, tutored, or stranded, and whether they answered the actual public problem. Flag over-reactive plans that reduced Primeval Titan, Green Sun's Zenith, Scapeshift, Amulet of Vigor, or Urza's Saga pressure without buying enough time.
- Closing: Ask whether the pilot selected the correct closer for the visible board: Primeval Titan plus haste, Scapeshift burst, Cultivator Colossus land chain, Urza's Saga construct pressure, or defensive Zuran Orb stabilization. Record turns where a slower closer gave the opponent an extra draw step.
- Role accuracy: Check whether the pilot correctly changed roles between combo-ramp, survival, land-based pressure, and disruption. A role mistake occurred if the pilot chased maximum mana while dying, used interaction while ahead on speed, or kept a fair-game hand without a real closer.
- Mistakes and stranded cards: List every card stuck in hand because of mana, timing, target legality, graveyard dependency, or opponent hate. Pay special attention to Summoner's Pact, Cultivator Colossus, Scapeshift, Force of Vigor, Firespout, and sideboard one-ofs.
- Overperformers and underperformers: Name exact cards that changed outcomes, not broad packages. Compare Amulet of Vigor, Spelunking, Green Sun's Zenith, Primeval Titan, Urza's Saga, Scapeshift, Malevolent Rumble, Aftermath Analyst, and each sideboard card against the problem they were supposed to solve.
